Aurora Meets the Needs in the Country of Italy... 
Christianity has an incredible history and tradition in Italy. Nevertheless, spirituality for millions of people is a religion and not a relationship. So many know about God, but very few know Him personally. Many search to fill their spiritual needs in the occult. The culture, deeply imbedded with superstition, is wide open to this blinding tragedy. Here are two quotes form OperationWorld (the most exhaustive book on world missions) in regards to the land of Italy, (pg. 366): “The last four decades of religious freedom have been met with indifference. Occultism is widespread, and there are reckoned to be 100,000 full-time consulting magicians – nearly three times the number of Catholic priests. Satanism is strong in the north, Turin being one of the global centers of its activities, which include praying for the removal of all evangelical missionaries from the country. The strong pre-Christian pagan powers have never been fully routed in 2,000 years.”
The Road to Bolzano...
The Standridge's have now reached Bolzano, and God is opening many new doors for them in ministry and as a family!

A lot of work has gone into this moment: God-given gifts and backgrounds to minister in Bolzano (where both Italian and German are the native languages, which just so happen to be both Steve and Stephanie's native tongues, respectively). Years of training and years of ministry experience in Italy. A deep passion to reach the lost...
Only one item is missing from this list: full support. You know as well as we do, money is where the rubber of our shoes meet the track of this road.
Our support level has been going up steadily. Praise God! We still need more faithful people to partner with us in prayer and finances so that we can plant a church and begin to reach out to the people of Bolzano!
